What could you notice?

Repeated sources of distraction, discomfort or unnecessary effort that have become part of the background. You may also notice how the placement of objects, screens and everyday tools makes some choices easier than others.

How to use it

Choose one space or situation, such as your kitchen, bedroom, workspace or digital environment.

Start with what drains you or creates friction. Note where it happens and whether you could remove, reduce, move, block or repair it.

Consider what would make the space more useful, comfortable or restorative. Then explore how its layout could support a habit you want to build.

Choose your changes and revisit the environment after a week.

YOUR NEXT SMALL SHIFT

Look for a pattern.
Choose one experiment.

Start with one recurring source of friction. Move a distracting phone, repair something you struggle with daily or clear the surface you need to prepare food. Notice whether the change makes the space easier to use before adding more.
